The best costumer prospects can be identified on any list of existing customers in the company database. The best consumers, among others apparent on some of the following behaviors: frequency of purchase, total quantity of purchase, the nominal amount of purchase and visit period of purchase.

• Give a ranking from highest to the lowest value
• Conduct communication with elected costumers to maintained their loyalty and commitments.
