Business Process Management that is effective and efficient can produce competitive values for the company. Business processes that are well managed will be able to grow opportunities. But sometimes companies doesn’t concern and unable to control the their business processes .
The management may have succeeded in making of ideal procedure for running business processes, but in reality, the implementation in the field can be very different from what has been designed previously. In the implementation of a business process sometimes occurs redundancy, inefficiency, stagnation, and other errors that can not be anticipated. Business that is not agile to control their business processes tended to impede company’s efforts to achieve goals.
Management Process Business (BPM) is an approach to improve the effectiveness and efficiency through automation establishment of processes and the agility to manage changes. BPM helps companies monitor and control all elements of business processes, such as employees, customers, suppliers, and workflow.
