The need, desire and demand, There is a difference between needs, wants and demands. Human needs are the circumstances in which men feel they have no basic satisfaction. Supplies not created by society or the marketers, but it already exists and is engraved in a biological human condition. desire is the desire for specific satisfiers of these needs. Shaped by the power of human desire and social institutions. While demand is the desire for something that is supported by the ability and willingness to buy.

The desire to be a request when supported by purchasing power. This difference could explain that marketers do not create needs; needs already exists. Marketers affect the desire and demand by creating a product that is suitable, attractive, affordable and easily obtained by the targeted customer.

Product, is something that can be offered to meet customer needs or desires. The importance of a physical product is not in kepelikannya but on services that can be given. Therefore, in making the product should pay attention to physical products and services provided by these products.

Value, Cost and Satisfaction, Value is an estimate of total customers about the ability of a product to meet their needs. Each product has different capabilities to meet those needs, but customers will choose which products will give the highest total satisfaction. The value of each product actually depends on how much product can be close to ideal product, is included in the price.
