They should ask questions like: “What is my assumption about the market?” “What’s my assumption about the competitors?”What kinds of incidents that must exist so that this assumption is true?” “Under what conditions the assumptions can’t be applied anymore? They should be able to sense the recent changes. They must monitor the market, living in the middle of the market, working in there.
