Factors That Cause Consumers Change Their Mind

There are several factors that make consumers switch from your company. Such as: price factor (pricing) can cause consumers switch to other provider because they felt the price can not provide the appropriate benefits as they expected. In banking, price is the costs that charged to the customer. This can lead to disappointment and as a result that can emerge a desire to move to another bank.

 Factors That Cause Consumers Change Their MindFor inconvenience (discomfort) is the cause of consumers to switch because the place of service provider is not easily accessible, comfortable space, and moment of waiting to be served. Strategic place of service provider is expected to facilitate the consumers to receive services from service provider.

Core service failure (failure of core service delivery) is the cause of the consumer to switch because errors or technical problems on services that are offered to the consumers. This thing can happen when consumers suffer losses. This incident will certainly make consumer disappointed and can arise desire to move to another service provider.
