All kinds of feelings like anxiety, doubt, and other psychological factors all mixed up. Able to control consumer’s mind is a challenge for the marketing department. Consumer’s mind can be regarded as a competitor or competition tools. Sometimes consumer’s mind can be a barrier to success.

If producers able to understand consumer’s mind, they can use psychological factors as a weapon. Consumer attitudes against a product are not formed because of one event or one advertizing. That attitude develops slowly, and constantly changing during the decision-making processes whether to buy or not. Their opinion about the product is an accumulation of all attitudes, the past and the present.

However, that opinion can be influenced at any moment during the decision making process. First, consumers know the existence of these products. Then, they realized they needed it. They wanted to know more about the product.
