Everybody certainly has its own procedures for working. All conditions require everyone to work. However, not everyone can succeed in working. According to the well-known figure in the world of workers, at least there are some working procedures that must be considered and applied in order to successfully perform the work and quality.

Work Hard, try as hard as you can with all your power and energy, never giving up, never becoming desperate to achieve the maximum results. Complete Work, doing the work until the work is complete, never procrastinate. If it is can be done right now then it doesn’t have to be postponed.

Work Smart, well consideration, with the basis of accuracy, patience and accuracy in taking decisions for the issues. Spirited work, the ability of completing the work, duties, obligations and task individually must be accompanied by a neat and good cooperation with the team work.

Sincere Work, a situation of work that may not as we expected, requires sincere attitude to accept it, without being repressed about its result.
