Good quality of human resources is very important for the company, it is a very common requirement for each company. Well, one of the parameters that can be used to assess the quality of human resources is working productivity. Although, in fact, working productivity in Indonesia is relatively low when compared to some neighboring countries, and efforts to increase employee’s productivity are still have many obstacles or difficulties. This situation shows that the improvement policy and productivity increase are related to many factors both within themselves and the company.

One important factor that must be considered in an effort to improve the working productivity is comfortable working environment. Comfortable working environment will be able to create enthusiasm and excitement to the employees. Considering the employee’s working environment means trying to create a working environment in accordance with the wishes and needs of employees as work performing at the workplace.
