Performance Management

Performance management involves overcoming a mistake at the time of the incident, it is not necessary to hold a lengthy discussion about it when it held discussions employment assessment. A mistake has been tried to fix at the time of incident, now it is just a notification for consideration in preparing a future working program. By reducing or preventing the occurrence of confrontation, the more opportunities are open for better cooperation in the future.

But it is difficult to do if this performance assessment is used also as a determinant of the amount of salary. Many progressive companies are relating their salary problem with employee’s performance, but this system does not require assessment.

What is needed that, whether the employee’s performance reached the target or not; and it is closely related to performance management, meaning the manager’s role as a mentor also needs to be taken into account.
