Performance Evaluation Results
Notes or report frequently mentions the importance of aspect “How to achieve” by examining areas such as cooperation, initiative, and leadership. But the managers need to be trained themselves to recognize and make judgments about abstract things. Managers also must be able to get employee’s commitment to behave in such a way, which linked behavior and specific results: relating the “how” and “what” in the planning stage of performance.
Afterwards managers will be able to provide opinions, guidance, and assessment. Performance planning which is clearly identifies the expected results, even behaviors and skills that are expected to be given by the employee, it is a specific work plan that has firmly goals. Planning strategies which invite active participation from subordinates in the process will help shape commitment and reduce conflicts that may arise in discussions about performance assessment result.
