Succeed to reach victory in hypercompetitive market need agility, that is a capacity to be able to change quickly and flexibility. This clearly requires an organizational structure that is simpler and easy in process of making decision, in addition, also needs of competent employees who have acquired multifunctional skills through the cross-functional training and useable.
Some values that we must continue to improve, among others, lack of our appreciation to value and time. This could result in the way we work that is unprofessional, such as: slow, reactive, does not care about efficiency, indifference, ignorance and it’s up to faith. If inside the company there’s a half of employees that is able to do maximum with their skills then succeed would be achieved.
