Therefore, we must be responsible so that features and characteristics of products and services can contribute to the customer. Therefore value how we focus on markets and customers and knowledge of markets and customers need to be increased.
This will show how we understand the market and the customer’s voice, how we build relationships to acquire, satisfy and retain customers, handling complaints, and develop new opportunities. All of this needs to improve continually. Recently, later on that customer satisfaction will bring something new and interesting for your company.
