Leader and Motivation For Employees
The key to success is a change in the human resources that is as a designer and continuous agents of change, forming process and culture that is altogether to improve the ability of organizational change. Human resources that are within an organization have highly sufficient diversity.
Although, organizational change effort that requires participation from all employees would be achieved if there is a willingness of each individual employee to act as agents of change, not just rely on ability itself. In the integration between individual goals and organizational goals, would be needed role of a leader who can truly understand what the purpose of each party.
Leader is needed to set goals, allocate scarce resources, focused on corporate goals, coordinate changes, build inter-personal contact with his followers, setting the right direction or better way when the failure is occurred.
