In the last few years, there are many companies that using solutions with information technology (IT) to optimize their business processes, but sometimes they develop imperfect solutions. They build IT solutions in several separate systems, rather than in a single unit. A system that been built usually divided according to work unit, or based on existing business processes. This of course can cause some problems when there is a business processes that requires collaboration or information exchange between inter-working units or business processes to complete the chain process, which of course this can not be dealt with this kind of IT.

IT solutions like this actually irrelevant anymore to use in the business world that is very dynamic recently. Business Process Management (BPM) is the answer that has been expected and necessary for businessman to assist them in their business in order to face challenges and competition.
