Meanwhile, according to Mondy that through career planning, every individuals evaluating their own abilities and interests, to consider an alternative career opportunities, developing career goals, and plan for practical activities development.

The main focus in career planning must be appropriate between personal goals and the opportunities that realistically available. And a Siagian said that career planning in human resource management starts from the basic assumption that someone who started working after placement inside organization will continue to work for the organization during the active period until he retired. If we understand it then at least we can get motivation from the experts for our success.
