Employees and Corporate Planning
A career is all the work that belongs during someone’s life. For some employees, these jobs are a part of the plan that drawn up carefully and seriously. But for others, a career may simply ‘just a faith to be followed’, because there is no distinct career plan to achieve.
An employee who does not have a distinct career planning will be less distinct of their future career than an employee who has a career plan because it would be more focus to achieve their career plan. Many employees who failed to manage their career because they do not consider the basic concepts of career planning, employee was not ready for available positions within the organization.
Understanding the concepts of career planning is expected to lead to a career goal setting and career planning tends to be achieved.
