If you are a marketing manager, you may ever face a problem that its solution must be done by conducting a marketing research. For example to know the tastes and satisfaction of the consumers, investigate your brand position in the market, or reduce the risk of failure when issuing a new product. If your company does not have a research institution, then you must use the services of a research company. Among many of the research companies, which would you choose. What is the standard that you use to choose a research company?
Here are listed some tips that can be used to select a research company. First, the ability for planning and analysis. First look at that research company about its ability on the planning stage. Does the company can formulate our problem correctly? If they can not catch our problems, the results of research will not be consistent with the objectives. Then see also their ability to analyze the data. Does the company can pick useful information from the data that had been collected?

There is a subsidiary of the advertising company, there is derived from the consulting companies, even some are derived from the information technology companies. These research companies usually only experts in specific areas according to their specialization. For that reason, choose a company that fit with the theme of your problems.
