Career Management For The Employees
After we know the meaning of career, then each employee would want their career not dim or unclear. Career that is going upwards is every employee’s desires. But clearly, not every employee has made or has plans for the future of their career.
That is why human resources experts suggested the importance of career plan. Every individuals own abilities and interests, to consider an alternative career opportunities, developing career goals, and plan for practical activities development. The main focus in career planning must be appropriate between personal goals and the opportunities that are realistically available. An employee that his individual career plan cannot be fulfilled inside the organization, sooner or later, they will leave the company.
Therefore, organizations also need to create a career plan for their employees so that the organization can grow and fulfilled the employee’s career plan.
