Yes, yes, people at work, well, people. Sometimes we lose sight of this fact. It would be good to remember that some information from time to time. And yes, these “people” like us. They are there to earn a living. There are good days. You have bad days. They even have the occasional emotional outburst. Not that I never want to do something about that!

Work is a place where we really our ability to use magical things can happen. We are very pleased to see something which is achieved. However, it is rare that one can do everything alone. Normally each project, the result of many small teeth, which is working together to generate the result. His colleagues, you and I the workplace called all the little teeth into a larger unit.

The workplace where every employee makes a unique contribution. Everyone is used to produce something (usually more services) for our company. However, this production is not that each of us carries. Although each may have ambitions and goals, in this place, we must work together for the good of society.

The difficulties in the workplace, we are all only human after all. They often have strong opinions about what to do. However, everyone will agree with us. When we make these kinds of questions that we usually choose to fight or flee. There is another option that we often forget. The other way to look at the situation from a new angle. We understand this perspective in sport, but often forget that the workplace.

Play the ball not the man. Please note that your coach holes that you know? This sage advice is just as important as we face at work. It makes no sense to attack the person’s behavior. It are people like us, remember? Instead of attacking, the best option to play the ball. What is the situation here and what’s at stake? What is the best possible outcome for the employer, my colleagues and I? If you feel the excitement of a colleague whom you can gain a minor tactical victory, but lost in the overall strategy of the whole world. And remember, you can have a bad day. I, I am sure that you are getting. We all do from time to time.
