Supermarket Management
Do we want to develop a hawker in narrow alley or a supermarket? A supermarket is prepared for cross-segment visitors. In common point of view we could only imagine that the products are sold must be diverse, extensive shopping areas, easy access, good service, adequate parking space, sophisticated technology, and other requirements.
Fulfillment of the requirements can not be partial. Large space and sophisticated technology are not usable if the variation of products for sale is limited. Customer service will be stuck if the technology is not supporting. A supermarket is prepared for cross-segment visitors.
In common point of view we could only imagine that the products are sold must be diverse, extensive shopping areas, easy access, good service, adequate parking space, sophisticated technology, and other requirements.
