Performance Management Method

Performance Management is run continuously, it can help employees to understand the nature and performance quality which they had just done, determines what they should do to make it better, and motivate them to fix it.

Performance ManagementEffective performance management has three main components: planning, management, and performance assessment. Working plan is a process to identify desirable performance, and gain employee’s commitment to implement what was expected from him. Company performance is generally assessed or described according to achieving results: short and long term of profit, dividends, assets gathering, and initial capital gathering.

Similarly, working plan focus on results that achieved by the employee: what are they produced and, perhaps equally important, how are the results can be achieved.
