Leadership With Transformational Type
To be able to influence the behavior and performance of followers, take a style or a particular leadership behavior. Whenever the leadership style which is owned by a company leader is different with each other, if there are any similarities, perhaps from one side only, while on the other sides there were differences.
A theory of changes agents that is most comprehensive is a theory of transformational leadership. Basically transformational leadership theory stressed on the importance of a leader’s vision and create an environment that motivates subordinates to perform beyond expectations.
In this case, the subordinates feel trust, admiration, loyalty, and respect for leaders, so they are motivated to do more than what they expected. Often beyond what they thought they could do. This leadership model is based much on leader’s efforts to change various values, beliefs, and needs of subordinates.
