Culture And Corporate Management Strategy
Company management is strongly influenced by the culture that was created by the founders and employees. The culture that had been influenced usually comes from previous habits that had been used through the changes of time. Culture becomes a problem if there’s a difference inside company’s management.
System will be difficult to apply because everybody stick to culture that had been used. When culture becomes a problem inside company’s management system, it is required a central figure that will not be considered impartial and make all parties feel satisfied.
When the strategy succeeds then the cultural problems wouldn’t be a big problem anymore.
