Corporate Culture
Companies tend to focus on strategies, such as marketing (set targets, advertising, events, etc), production, finance, and so on. Generally, they ignore about norms, habits, or even a culture of a company. I think it is something common because many factors / elements which should continue to be noted.
At this time, I want to try to remind (because generally the company had already known about it) that organizational culture is important for an organization. First, must have known about the advantages of a company (usually referred to as core competences). Core competences are advantages within a company so that the company could have a performance on a particular field that exceeds the other companies (usually referred to as Distinctive Competences).
One of the most competitive advantages that can be maintained is to develop the Leadership Culture, because all the actions in a company are driven by a culture. Your competitors will imitate your product if the product is good. They also will imitate your service. But they can never imitate your culture. And your culture is the only thing that makes your organization is special. Your organization’s culture is something that determines and then pushes the standards of behavior. For me, culture is a king.
