Corporate Community for Social Assistance
The relationship between companies and consumers can be built through social activities. There are many social communities that merging from a few companies that give an attention to the condition of the consumer. These corporate community is very active to participate in activities such as social service for the poor or blood donor.
Social activities that carried out by corporate community is certainly going to make consumers feel close and create an emotional bond. This is a very big influence on consumer’s economic behavior to a product. Social activities that has been done by the company brings a good image and trust from consumers.
However companies must be able to shows concern to the consumer. This is not merely to attract attention but it is genuinely a concern to other people.
