Company’s Response
Why companies refused to make a change? Usually the cause is bureaucracy. They are afraid of change. They already are get used with the old ones. They are looking back, instead of going forward. Although they had moved into a new company or to the new project, they would take the history along with them. Experience in the past indeed can be useful, but can also cause problems.
Marketing people often say things like this: “This is what we did at the previous company.” Once in a while they should say, “Let’s make experiment and try something new.” “Refusing to change” rarely haunt companies that led by young entrepreneurs. They are happy to make innovations and changes. They are always ready to make experiments with new ideas and new technologies.
But after their company grows then they refused to make changes. They are focused on high production volume.
