Career Planning
Career planning is required by each employee. A career is all the work (or position) that belongs to (hold) during someone’s work life. For some employees, these jobs are a part of the plan that has been drawn up carefully and seriously.
But for others, a career may simply ‘just followed the fate only’, because there is no clear career plan to achieve the desired position. Employees who do not have a clear career planning will have less clear future career compared to employees that has career planning because they will focus to reach the career that she had planned.
Many employees are failing to manage a career because they do not consider the basic concepts of career planning, employee was not ready for the positions that are available within the organization. Employees do not realize that career goals can boost their career and make a great success.
Understanding the concepts of career planning is expected can lead to a career goal setting and career planning tends to be achieved. This planning process allows the employees to identify their career goals and the paths toward those goals. Then through the activities or the development of the employees then look for ways to improve themselves and develop their career goals.
Or you can say, a career should be managed with a careful planning. Because if it is not, the employees will often not prepared to take advantage of the career opportunities that are available within the organization.
