Some things that has to become funds for franchisee including: People Skills. A franchisee should have a strong ability and willingness to dealing with others. If they treat workers and customers with trust and respect they may also be treated franchisor as well. If they treat their employees well enough then that employees will be used to treat the customer well. The franchisee that does not enjoy a lot of interaction with the crowd tends to be stressful.

In addition, the franchisee must follow the system. A franchisee is also required to be able to follow a qualified system. After analyzing the system, a franchisee is required to be able to enjoy the system and reap the rewards from the proven track records. If a franchisee not able and do not want to follow the system to be successful, a franchisee is expected to reconsider to start own business or buying a business.
