So that the office is the second place after a house that became the longest place where the employee at. For that purpose an <strong>office environment that is comfortable</strong>, conducive and supporting the work is needed. <strong>Working environment</strong> does not mean just the office alone, but also including working atmosphere, and relationships among the employees.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">If one part of the <a href="http://www.busbarnstage.org/company-management/working-environment-supports-the-employee%E2%80%99s-performance/index.html" target="_self"><strong>working environment</strong></a> makes an employee feel uncomfortable then it will affect on the employee’s performance and contribution to the company. Office is a place to work where its comfort depends on the cleanliness, orderliness, tranquility, beauty, appropriate temperature, as well as good layout of the furniture and rooms.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The supporting equipments also need an attention. Do not force savings on the equipments that can inhibit the employees. Some companies sometimes are prefer to maintain the old computer that is usually crashes for a reason it can still be used when in fact its old and slowness sometimes inhibit the working when the equipment is damaged.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Comfortable office</strong> will make the employees feel just like at home and not hurriedly leave the office so that the employees will concentrate in doing their jobs. Family atmosphere at the office need to be nurtured so that the employees feel as a part of the company and have a sense of responsibility to the company to maintain the image of the company.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Social activities</strong> that carried out by <strong>corporate community</strong> is certainly going to make consumers feel close and create an emotional bond. This is a very big influence on consumer’s economic behavior to a product. Social activities that has been done by the company brings a good image and trust from consumers.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">However companies must be able to shows concern to the consumer. This is not merely to attract attention but it is genuinely a concern to other people.</p>

While the element of motivation is a recognition, achievement, responsibility, opportunity to progress, and the work itself.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><img class="alignleft" title="Increase the Salary" src="http://www.packageplus.com.au/uploaded/files/Group-Happy.gif" alt="Increase the Salary" width="250" height="166" />In other words if the <strong>salary</strong> is relatively low then it should not be losing the motivation but only lowered the job satisfaction. Then what is actually needed by the employee? They are hoping that the company should have a retirement plan for the employees, health insurance, life insurance, retirement salary, and / or severance pay. The objective for the company is to prevent job dissatisfaction and job turnover (<em>entry-exit of the employees</em>) that is high.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Back at the <strong>money</strong>, we can hypothesize that the higher the job status of an employee the more they are not putting money as an element of job satisfaction. For those who already are at the position of manager to the top, what he needs is the right of autonomy in making a decision. Indeed money from their salary is relatively large.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Meanwhile, for the employees at subordination level, the money is becoming the highest satisfaction rather than having autonomy right. They do not care about autonomy. The important thing is how to get money to satisfy their basic needs.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">That&#8217;s why we often see and hear the phenomena about the demonstration of the employees always begin with a protest that they are not getting enough salary. Meanwhile, we hardly even heard a demonstration that comes from the middle management.</p>
