Execution & Control Processes. Results of modeled and design processes that conducted by the process manager then passed to the IT section to do automation. After the implementation, then at this phase employees and the relevant parties will run the process according to the rules that have been defined previously, and supervisors and process managers in charge to control the process. Corrective action is required at this phase when things that happen are not accordance with the conditions that had been set, such as processing delay, the exception, unavailable resources, and so on.

Monitoring & Improvement Process. Business process that has been implemented is continued to monitor its performance by calculating Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other measures that had been determined before. Monitoring is done by using the data in the form of real-time, so it will fit with the real situation in the field. From the results of monitoring then management can see and analyze whether it’s necessary to improve or not.

Do we want to develop a hawker in narrow alley or a supermarket? A supermarket is prepared for cross-segment visitors. In common point of view we could only imagine that the products are sold must be diverse, extensive shopping areas, easy access, good service, adequate parking space, sophisticated technology, and other requirements.

Fulfillment of the requirements can not be partial. Large space and sophisticated technology are not usable if the variation of products for sale is limited. Customer service will be stuck if the technology is not supporting. A supermarket is prepared for cross-segment visitors.

In common point of view we could only imagine that the products are sold must be diverse, extensive shopping areas, easy access, good service, adequate parking space, sophisticated technology, and other requirements.

To be able to influence the behavior and performance of followers, take a style or a particular leadership behavior. Whenever the leadership style which is owned by a company leader is different with each other, if there are any similarities, perhaps from one side only, while on the other sides there were differences.

A theory of changes agents that is most comprehensive is a theory of transformational leadership. Basically transformational leadership theory stressed on the importance of a leader’s vision and create an environment that motivates subordinates to perform beyond expectations.

In this case, the subordinates feel trust, admiration, loyalty, and respect for leaders, so they are motivated to do more than what they expected. Often beyond what they thought they could do. This leadership model is based much on leader’s efforts to change various values, beliefs, and needs of subordinates.

An expert called Aryee and Debrah said that: Career planning, includes decisions made by employees about career goals, a distinct career plan, has a strategy to achieve the career that has been assigned and knowing what to do to achieve goals. Meanwhile, according to Mondy that through career planning, every individuals evaluating their own abilities and interests, to consider an alternative career opportunities, developing career goals, and plan for practical activities development.

The main focus in career planning must be appropriate between personal goals and the opportunities that realistically available. And a Siagian said that career planning in human resource management starts from the basic assumption that someone who started working after placement inside organization will continue to work for the organization during the active period until he retired. If we understand it then at least we can get motivation from the experts for our success.
